Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University Prof. Dr. Keshar Jung Baral attended on the graduation Ceremony of TU  Master's Student on Strategic Study at Army Command and Staff College of Nepal Army. The graduation ceremony of Command & Staff Course 30 was held at Army Command and Staff College, Shivapuri amid a special function on 26th February 2024 (14 Falgun 2080).

The Chief of the Army Staff General Prabhu Ram Sharma attended the program as the Chief Guest. During the ceremony, Major General Baburam Shrestha delivered a welcome speech. Chief of the Army Staff General Prabhu Ram Sharma and Vice Chancellor of the Tribhuvan University Prof. Dr. Keshar Jung Baral awarded the graduation certificates and certificates of Master's Degree in Strategic Studies (MSS) respectively to the graduating student officers.

During the ceremony Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Baral congratulated all  student officers who have successfully completed their studies.  He Stated that knowledge and skill  learned during their college is expected to be implement on professional career.

Chief of the Army Staff General Awarded Major Rakesh Basnet with the "Overall Best Student Award" and Major Ramesh Sagwan from Indian Army with the "Best International Student Officer Award". Likewise,  VC of Tribhuvan University Awarded Captain Rakesh Basnet with the "Best Student Award in Masters in Strategic Studies" and Maj Gen Baburam Shrestha, the Commandant awarded Maj Ujjwal Khadka and Maj Oscar Mwita Omahe from Kenya Defence Force with the "Best Commandant's Paper award". During the ceremony the the Joint Secretary of Ministy of Defence, Vice Chief of the Army Staff, Inspector Generals of Nepal Police and Armed Police Force Nepal, Additional Chief Investigation Director of the NID, Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences were present .
