- Recommending faculty and staff for various academic programs within the TU system and deputing them as needed.

- Providing pre-approval and final approval for study leave for teachers and staff in accordance with TU’s rules and regulations.

Human Resource Development
- Promoting development and welfare programs for faculty and staff.

Sabbatical Leave Applications
- Processing applications for sabbatical leave for teachers.

Student Scholarships
- Managing procedures for scholarships established by various donors.

Visa Correspondence
- Handling necessary correspondence for visas for foreign students and experts.

In-Service Training
- Organizing and conducting training programs for administrative staff.

Overseas Studies and Training
- Nominating teachers for higher studies and training at academic institutions abroad.

Support to Central Authorities
- Assisting the Rector and other central authorities in implementing the above activities and managing day-to-day operations.
